Commercial Vendors Cost: $150 per space
Art and Craft Vendors Cost: $50 per space

RULES AND REGULATIONS


You must provide proof of Liability Insurance naming Downey Chamber of Commerce & City of Downey as additional insured with this form.


Space Availability & Confirmation
Space assignments are made on a first come, first served basis based upon postmarked date of application. E vent personnel reserve the right to assig n, change or substitute vendor spaces.
Confirmation packages will be mailed to you approximately TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE FAIRE and will include festival information and parking passes. If you have not been accepted, you will be notified immediately.


Space Sizes/Restrictions:
All spaces are 10 x 10 ft. square. No booth may encroach/obstruct any other space, pedestrian walkway/sidewalk or designated emergency access way. Costs are for space only and DO NOT INCLUDE booth, canopy, tables or chairs. You must provide your own QUIET PORTABLE GENERATOR AND ELECTRICAL CORDS, PLUS TAPE TO ANCHOR CORDS TO STREET.


Set-Up / Take Down Hours / Other
Requirements:
Set-up from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. IF NOT CHECKED IN AND UNLOADED BY 9 a.m. YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED, AND YOU WILL FORFEIT FEE AND SPACE. No vehicles will be permitted in the area after 9:00a.m. Street Faire vendors are not to close down before 3:00p.m. and spaces are to be cleared by 4:00p.m.


Food Vendor Requirements:
The County of Los Angeles Health Department has established guidelines and fees for operation of a temporary food booth. Vendors must provide their own Three Compartment sinks. If you are selling or giving away food (including packaged foods, candy, vitamins, herbs, water etc.), you must have a health permit. A permit must be secured through LA County Health Dept.


PROOF OF COMPLIANCE IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE CHAMBER OFFICE, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Soliciting: All Soliciting for your business must be done within your allotted 10X10 space. It is prohibited to walk down the Faire distributing flyers, marketing material, etc.
